Warranty Claim Protocol (Formal Procedure)
A formal protocol must be followed to initiate a warranty claim.
-
Initial Assessment: All goods claimed as defective may be required to be returned to our Melbourne facility for professional technical assessment before a final determination is made.
-
Customer Expenses: The consumer is responsible for all initial costs incurred in claiming the warranty, including the cost of shipping the product to our nominated Australian address.
-
Non-Fault Testing Fee: If the returned goods are found to have NO MANUFACTURING FAULT but the issue is determined to be due to incorrect setting, incorrect pairing, or sensor deletion (USER ERROR), the customer is liable for the return shipping cost PLUS a $65.00 (GST inclusive) examination and testing fee. This protocol is necessary to manage assessment time efficiently.
-
Contact for Claim: For all warranty claims, the customer must IMMEDIATELY submit details including the order number and a clear description of the defect to: info@flatmate-TPMS.com.
