Free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99. Every TPMS kit qualifies. Orders of $99 or less pay $15 flat postage, Australia-wide.

TPMS kits and the ULTIMATE Bundle: 180 days.
Use it on your rig. If you're not happy for any reason, send it back within 180 days for a full refund of the product price.
This one is about use: the kit doesn’t need to be unused.
Surge Portable Air Pump: 30 days.
Start a return within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund of the product price. It must be new, unused, unaltered and in its original packaging.
In one order, TPMS kits and the ULTIMATE Bundle keep the 180-day guarantee and the Surge pump keeps its 30-day returns.
- How to return: email info@flatmate-tpms.com with your order number and what you’re sending back. We’ll reply with the steps.
- Return postage is on you. Please pack it well.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching us.
- Faulty or damaged? That’s a warranty or Australian Consumer Law matter, not a change of mind. See the warranty page.
Welcome offer terms.
- WELCOME10 gives a 10% welcome discount, applied at checkout. There is one welcome discount per customer, and we may decline repeat use.
- It applies to the products in your cart except the ULTIMATE Bundle or the booster. In a cart that has those and other products, only the other products are discounted.
- It does not discount shipping. Free shipping over $99 is judged on your cart total before the discount.
- One discount code per order. The saving shown in your cart is an estimate, and checkout shows the final amount.
- We may change or end the offer at any time. Orders already paid are not affected.
Privacy.
- Who we are: Flatmate-TPMS (ABN 57 345 256 727), a sole trader trading as flatMATE. Contact: info@flatmate-tpms.com.
- What we collect: your name, email, delivery address and phone number when you order; what you send us by email or the contact form; and basic, cookie-free visit statistics. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which may process them outside Australia. We never see or store your card details.
- Why: to fill orders and returns, answer you, send emails you asked for, and improve the site.
- Who we share it with: carriers, Stripe (payments) and the email service, only to do those jobs. We never sell or rent your details.
- Marketing emails: only with your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honour it within 5 working days.
- Access and correction: email us to see or fix what we hold. We may ask you to confirm who you are.
- Complaints: email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Terms of use.
- Using the site: by using this site, you agree to these terms.
- Product information: we check it, and we fix mistakes when we find them.
- Prices: in Australian dollars, including GST. They can change.
- What a TPMS does: A TPMS is a monitoring tool, not a safety device. It won’t prevent every tyre failure. A TPMS is an extra set of eyes. It does not replace checking your tyres by eye and with a gauge before you drive.
- Returns and the guarantee: as set out under Returns above.
- Delivery: we use Australia Post, TNT or Aramex. Carrier delays can happen. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Intellectual property: the words, photos and videos on this site can’t be copied without our permission.
- Liability: limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
