Flatmate-TPMS does not warrant or guarantee that the use of a TPMS will prevent all tyre failures, accidents, or damage. Users acknowledge that safe driving practices and proper tyre maintenance remain their sole responsibility.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

 

  • Timeframes: We commit to dispatching orders within 2 business days (for orders received before 15:00 PM AEST). Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping and Returns Protocol but are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (Australia Post, TNT, or Aramex).

  • Delays: We are not liable for any delays resulting from carrier issues or stock availability (e.g., TPMS items on backorder).

 

4. Returns, Refunds, and Guarantees

 

  • TPMS Power Guarantee: Every Flatmate TPMS unit is backed by our 180-DAY POWER GUARANTEE. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may send it back within six months for a full refund.

  • Zero Tyre Loss Guarantee: The specific Zero Tyre Loss Guarantee (replacement of sensors and payment for a damaged tyre in case of certain blowouts) is conditional upon the TPMS being used correctly and must be claimed directly via our provided email address. This guarantee replaces the standard 180-Day Guarantee upon a validated claim.

  • Condition of Returns: For all non-TPMS products, returns for a full refund must be initiated within 30 days and the item must be in new, unused condition, completely unaltered, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping.

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

The content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos (Flatmate-TPMS logo), product names (e.g., Aura, Sentinel, Guardian, Surge), videos, and the structure of The Flatmate Aussie Driver guide, is the property of Flatmate-TPMS and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the site without our express written permission.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flatmate-TPMS shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
